Marshè delivers both AUSTRALIA WIDE and INTERNATIONALLY.
Orders placed prior to 3pm AEST Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched that day.
Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
LOCAL DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We use Australia Post for all our local deliveries. All orders will be provided with a tracking number for customer reference. Registered post costs $8.25 per order.
If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox please email us at email@example.com, however, please note that if you elect for this we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing.
Deliveries within Australia can arrive within 2-7 business days from the date of order.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if there is a longer than expected wait for delivery. *Please Note that at peak times, there may be a delay in deliveries. We will keep you informed of any delays.
International deliveries are sent via Registered Post International . Delivery is within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.
Please be aware that International orders may incur a customs or an import duty fee. You are responsible for payment of these fees. They differ depending on the country you are ordering from. Please contact your local custom offices for further information if unsure.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer customers exchange within 10 days of purchasing the item, ensuring items are returned in original condition. The items must not be damaged, worn, altered or washed and all tags must remain attached.
We only offer refunds for faulty goods. We have high standards for our quality control, all goods are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 5 days of receiving your goods. Contact us at email@example.com with relevant information about the faulty goods and we will prompt you with further instructions. If possible we will repair or replace faulty items, otherwise a full refund will be provided.

We do not refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment. All shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Marshe will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
Items damaged from wear and tear will not be considered as faulty. Exchanges or refunds on faulty items will only be accepted for purchases made directly through www.marshecollections.com
